Tray - Lacca - A fine and large Japanese lacquer tray with autumn momiji

A large black-ground Japanese lacquer tray decorated in maki-e with an autumn momiji motif, 60 by 60 cm with 10 cm depth, dating to the Showa period (c. 1930), in good used condition with minor age-related marks and small losses, including the original tomobako and an authenticity certificate from Mastromauro Japanese Art Gallery of Milan; the tray is slightly warped but stabilized with included felt pads.
