Toun ju 渡雲鋳 - Kimura Toun 木村渡雲 - Jardinière - Suiban from about 150 to 200 years ago with dragon and phoenix carvings - Bronze

A bronze Suiban by Kimura Toun (渡雲鋳), cast in Japan in the late Edo to early Meiji period, features a dragon and phoenix in high relief with densely patterned background and is signed 渡雲鋳; dimensions 10.9 cm high, 40.3 cm wide, 24.5 cm deep, weight 3890 g, in good condition with signs of ageing. Condition: Good condition - used with small signs of ageing.
