Satsuma Vase, a ceramic piece with an ivory crackled glaze, heavy moriage, and raised figures and plant motifs, with abundant gilding and a dense, nearly full-coverage décor, bearing a red painted seal and no evident 'Made in Japan' mark, dating 1900–1930 (preferably 1905–1925) in early 20th-century export Satsuma style, 27 cm high and 16 cm wide, from a private collection, in excellent condition and authentic. Period: Early 20th century.
